PADI Wreck Diver Course

Wreck diving is many people favourite type of dives. This can be down the historical importance, the awe inspiring nature of them or that the fact they create an artificial reefs and attract an enormous diversity of marine life. This course will teach you how to evaluate and safely explore wrecks in all conditions.

The course consists of four open water dives. The first two dives are used to show you the orientation of wreck diving with mapping and identifying potential hazards. The third dive covers practising skills such as lining off done outside the wreck. The final dive is where you put together all the skills you have learnt and conduct a wreck penetration dive!

Throughout the course you will learn the specialist techniques for wreck diving and the specialist equipment needed for conducting a wreck dive safely. There is also a self study theory book to work through with knowledge reviews and a short test at the end to confirm your understanding of the material.
