Course Structure
The program is structured around themed AquaMissions completed in our heated pool. Eachmission teaches different diving skills through engaging activities. Sessions are conducted over multiple weeks, building skills progressively.
The Seal Team program consists of pool-based AquaMissions that teach young divers scuba diving fundamentals in a fun, structured way. Missions include Creature ID, Snapshot (photography), Environmental, and more. Each session builds skills and confidence.

Requirements
- Ages 8 and up
- Parent or Guardian must be present for under 16s
- A medical questionnaire must be completed
