Short on time but want a scuba certification? The PADI Scuba Diver course is a subset of the Open Water course and can be completed in just a few sessions.

If you decide to continue, all your training counts towards the full PADI Open Water Diver certification, so nothing is wasted.

The PADI Scuba Diver certification allows you to dive under the supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 metres. It’s perfect for those with limited time who still want a recognised diving qualification. The course covers essential skills and theory.

Course Structure

The course covers approximately half the knowledge development, pool sessions and open water dives of the full Open Water course. You’ll complete 3 confined water sessions and 2 open water dives. The entire course can be completed in as little as 2-3 days.

Requirements

  • Minimum age is 10
  • Must be able to swim 200m and tread water for 10 minutes
  • A PADI Medical Statement must be completed

Cost £225 (discounted to £200 if x2 people book or £175 if x3 people or more book subject to t&c’s) The Course starts every two weeks – three weeks with theory and pool modules carried out on a Wednesday night from 6:30pm. The course is structured with 5 consecutive pool sessions. With the Open Water dives being held on a Saturday morning 9:00am after the third and fifth pool sessions and finish 1:00pm.
  • Standard Course with Drysuit

£275.00

Same as the standard course but you complete the course in our high quality school drysuit which will give you extra warmth and comfort in and out of the water. This includes pool orenetantion and hire of suit.
  • Tailored Pool Standard Open Water

£325.00

This gives you the option to completely tailor the pool session of your course to a time schedule to suit you. This can be done as an intensive course over one days or spaced out longer. With the open water sessions done on our standard Saturday morning training dives.

  • CompleteTailored Course

£395.00

This gives you the option to completely tailor make your course to a time schedule that suits you. We will work out a time schedule that both suits your needs and meets the course requirements. This can be done as an intensive course over two days or spaced out longer. So whether you need a course doing before a holiday or if you want that one on one tuition, we can deliver it
