Finding you away around underwater is one of the essential skills to have for safe and enjoyable diving. This course gives you the confidence to navigate underwater with your buddy and not have to rely on a dive guide or instructor.

The course consists of three open water dives. It will take you from an introduction to underwater navigation through to dive planning, estimating distance underwater, use natural navigation techniques, underwater patterns and compass work. The course starts with simple exercises and progress until you are confident and competent to navigate underwater.

There is also a self study theory book to work through with knowledge reviews and a short test at the end to confirm your understanding of the material.
