Held on a Saturday morning starting at 9.15, the Discover Scuba session lasts approx 90 minutes and gives you the chance to go diving. Through a short briefing you’ll discover the basics behind scuba diving and the equipment we use then it’s into the pool. Once in the water you progress at your own pace, picking up new skills and knowledge as you go.
The sessions are conducted by one of our professional instructors in the comfort of our own heated swimming pool. Call now on 0191 537 2722 to book and turn up with your swimming costume a towel and a smile.
Each DSD course qualifies you for a £20 discount off a PADI Open Water Course if booked with us within 6 weeks of your DSD

Cost: £35 (£30 if 2 or more book)
This course is conducted every Wednesday night from 6:00pm – 8:00pm or on a Saturday morning 9:30-11:30
Cost: £40- reduced to £35 if more than one booked.
Can’t make a Wednesday night then chose a date and time that suits your schedule (subject to pool availability)

This is a perfect option for anyone who would prefer a one to one instruction to try in a relaxed environment.
Minimum age is 10 (children aged 8 and above can do the PADI Bubblemaker course)
Parent or Guardian must accompany a child under 16 years of age.
A PADI Discover Scuba Statement must be filled in prior to confined water sessions and participation is dependent upon a satisfactory self assessment medical. Download here
